In other words, is your foot turning inwards more than it should?  When that happens, extra pressure builds on the feel and arch in particular, and this extra pressure leads to pain.  Many people have flat feet or low arches and in many cases, that is the major contributor to overpronation.

How do we diagnose flat feet and overpronation?

Simple.  We can just look at your feet and tell you right away.  For a deeper insight into your walking pattern though, we do a computerized gait analysis.  This involves walking on a platform that will provide feedback to the computer as to where your pressure points on your feet are. And once we see what the gait pattern is like, we treat it accordingly.

Treatment for flat feet, heel, arch pain Winnipeg – Shockwave Therapy and Custom Orthotics

There are two main treatments we use for flat feet, heel and arch pain, Winnipeg.  First, we use a treatment called Shockwave Therapy.
