Are you wondering about some health issues but maybe feel a little nervous to ask about them?

If you answered yes to any of those questions, then this membership is for you!
Membership Options
We are so excited to be offering a series of classes geared to the postnatal population! This is an area that Ashley and Dr. Cook are passionate about and are excited to share their knowledge and expertise.
1-month membership: $30.00
Or
6-month membership: $165. A $15 savings!
Can’t make the in-person class? No worries! The session will be recorded for you to view at your convenience!
Both the 1-Month and 6-Month Postnatal Membership will Give You:
- The option to attend in-person
- A small snack and coffee/tea will be provided
- Please feel free to bring your kids!

- This is where recordings of the class information will appear (don’t worry mommas, unless you give explicit permission, only Dr. Cook and Ashley will appear on the recordings!)
