Trigger Finger

Have you or someone you know ever been diagnosed with a condition called Trigger Finger? At our clinic here in Winnipeg, we have had great success treating this condition with Shockwave Therapy.

Trigger Finger is a condition where one of our fingers can become locked in abent position, and it can be difficult to straighten the finger back out. This condition is often caused by inflammation surrounding the tendon in the hand that is responsible for moving our finger. This inflammation causes pain and restricts movement of that finger.

Shockwave Therapy is a treatment used in our clinic for various soft tissue injuries. Patients with trigger finger have seen great results with this treatment as it can help reduce this inflammation, allowing the finger to move without catching or locking. It also helps relieve any pain associated with the condition.
