Our Covid Protocols

Dear patient, as we are once again in the midst of a big wave within this pandemic, we assure you that we continue to take full precautions in our facility to help keep you and staff as safe as possible.  We will continue to socially distance, use sanitary and cleaning methods throughout the day, provide hand sanitizer throughout the clinic, and use screening protocols for all patients before entering the facility.

If you have any specific concerns or questions, please ask us.  But know that we are doing our best to provide a safe environment for you!

Insurances and Manitoba Health

Note that most insurance plans have reset as of January 1st.  This means, if you have coverage for chiropractic, athletic therapy, massage, physiotherapy, or custom orthotics, you can use your insurance again.  

The same applies for the Manitoba Health coverage for chiropractic.  If you were not aware, each Manitoba resident is allowed $70 per year to go towards chiropractic treatment.  The breakdown is $10 per visit for your first 7 visits.  We automatically bill Manitoba Health for all patients starting January 1st and deduct that amount from your regular visit fees.

Custom Orthotics offer – limited time

From now until February 28th, if you buy a pair of custom orthotics, we will give you a $50 gift certificate that you can put towards a pair of new shoes at the store of your choice!

Post-Partum Membership Program

For all moms and soon to be moms, Ashley Burr, athletic therapist, and Dr. Nicole Cook, chiropractor are providing educational classes the first Thursday of each month. If you want to sign up, please contact the clinic at (204) 951-6887. From January 10th until February 7th, we are offering gift certificates for 20% off of massages.  If you interested, simply contact us!
