February is as good a time as any to spread your love not only to others, but also yourself. You see, the more you love yourself, the more you will cherish your health, and take care of yourself.
It is easy to get “used to” having stress, discomfort, headaches, sleepless nights, and pain.
It shouldn’t be this way though. It is not normal to live this way either. Remember when you were a child and you felt happy, healthy, and energetic? That’s how you should feel today!
