Dear Patient,

We hope that you are doing well and staying safe.

Please note that we will continue to stay closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We do not have a re-open date yet, but will continue to update you regularly.

We are making some exceptions however…

As per the guidelines of Shared Health Manitoba, we will be able to see patients on an acute or emergent/emergency basis.

As per the Chief Public Health Officer, as a patient to receive care, you must be able to answer yes to at least one of the below questions:

1. Are you incapacitated? (can’t function normally)
2. Is your condition deteriorating to the point that without care, you may go to the hospital?
3. Are you in severe pain?
4. Are you an essential worker as declared in the March 30th public health order, who needs care to return to work or continue working?

If you do fall within any of the above criteria, feel free to contact us. We can provide treatment for Chiropractic, Athletic Therapy, and Physiotherapy.

If treatment is given to you, we assure you all precautions that are necessary are being taken in the clinic.

This includes, but not limited to: spacing appointments out, wearing gloves, mask and other PPE while providing treatment, and sanitizing tables and equipments as necessary.

Note that we are also continuing to offer tele-health or virtual care where you can consult with any of us via video or phone. We are offering that through our Jane booking system in a secure manner.

MPI, WCB, and most extended insurers have all indicated they will cover the costs of telehealth and virtual care.

We will be cancelling all appointments that are book for next week and evaluate on a weekly basis.

For any appointment or for further questions, please email us at info@arorafamilychiropractic.ca as we will be monitoring emails regularly.

In the meantime, please stay safe.
