It’s Sunday, and it’s a good time to ask yourself a pretty simple question.
“Are you doing the things you love to do?”
The answer is really different for everybody.
Some people love to read. Some love to garden. Some love to exercise.
So the question is, are you doing these things?
Are you making time for yourself?
If you’re not, you should be. You should be scheduling time out so that you can nourish your soul.
Many of us are taking care of others too.
So you may be thinking, “I feel too guilty for caring about myself.”
Or “I’m not a priority. I have to take care of so and so…”.
But if we don’t take care of ourselves first, we CAN’T take care of others.
Or at the very least, if you take care of yourself first, you will be able to take care of others BETTER.
Now, if there are things that are holding you back from doing the things you love,
What are they?
Are you short on time? That’s why I said, SCHEDULE it in for yourself. Like on a piece of paper. Or on your phone calendar. That way your life can’t take that time away from you in any way.
Are you short on resources/money? Not everything you love to do costs money, does it?
Are you physically limited? That’s an easy one. LET US help you with that.
You see, you first have to understand that you deserve to do what you love to do.
And it is crucial for your health and well-being.
And if you need a little help achieving it, there is no shame in that.
We are all here to help each other.
Nobody can do everything by themselves.
The summer is coming to an end.
But live every day to its fullest.
Yours in health.
