The other day, a patient asked me this question…
“Once I get better, should I come back once in awhile to get adjusted?’
My answer was…
“Well, that is up to you.
Some patients do, and some patients don’t..
The benefit is that it gives us a chance to fix your body from all the wear and tears you go through.
Is that good for you? It sure can be…
Just like a car needs to get its oil changed every once in awhile..
Our bodies need to be tuned up occasionally..
Will you feel better, have more energy, and function better? Possibly.
But you won’t know until you try.
So when the time comes, “pop in” for an adjustment and let’s see if it makes you feel better.
Some people come once a year. Some come once in six months. Some come once a month.
I can’t tell right now what’s best for you… and neither can you most likely.
But let’s try it and see how it goes…”
Have you ever had a thought about “popping in” for an adjustment?
